2019 Integrated Regional Water Management Grant Program Guidelines

State Grant Funding
Current available grant opportunities can be found under the "Current Funding" tab on the Division of Financial Assistance website.
The Division of Financial Assistance (DFA) administers the implementation of the State Water Resources Control Board’s (State Water Board) financial assistance programs, that include loan and grant funding for construction of municipal sewage and water recycling facilities, remediation for underground storage tank releases, watershed protection projects, nonpoint source pollution control projects, etc. DFA also administers the Operator Certification Program.

Federal Grant Funding is the central repository and clearinghouse for information on over 1,000 grant programs and provides access to more the $100 billion in grants distributed annually.  The program provides organizations and agencies with a centralized source to both "FIND" and "APPLY" for federal discretionary grants.  For more information on this program, please visit the website.
